Group Life, AD&D and LTD

The Company provides to eligible employees Group Life and AD&D insurance.  This plan is provided to employees without cost and is equal to one times your annual salary.  You may also purchase additional life and AD&D insurance for yourself and your eligible dependents.

We are proud to provide a Long Term Disability benefit for all eligible employees at no cost to the employee.

Flexible Spending Accounts

A Healthcare FSA is a medical reimbursement plan that allows you to pay for qualified medical expenses with pre-tax dollars.

Enrolling in a Dependent Care Assistance Plan, you can use pre-tax dollars to pay for daycare expenses for your child or qualifying dependent.  Participating in a DCA plan will typically save you more money than taking the dependent care tax credit on your tax return.

A Transportation Fringe Benefit Plan allows you to use “tax-free” dollars to pay for qualified transportation and parking expenses used for the purpose of employment.

Employee Assistance Plan (EAP)

Monarch HealthCare is proud to offer an Employee Assistance Plan (EAP).  Balancing work and life obligations can be difficult.  It can be helpful to discuss issues with a professional – someone who can provide a new perspective or put you in touch with a community resource.

Time away from work

Full-time employees are eligible for paid time off (PTO) for personal use, vacation and sick time.  Beginning on the first day of employment, all full-time employees start accruing PTO time based on their status.  After completion of the probationary period (first three months of employment) full-time employees may begin using their accrued PTO.

In addition to your PTO, Monarch HealthCare observes eight paid holidays during the year.
