Under general supervision, the Manager of System Analysis is responsible for executing staff organization, supervision and evaluation of procedures and processes for an assigned System Analysis Team or sub-team. The Manager recommends and carries through changes and additions to department procedures.  The manager will make recommendations to leadership regarding the overall level of product functionality and quality prior to release to production or general use.

This position will be responsible for the definition and implementation of product enhancements, which include, but are not limited to operational process change, quality measures, system upgrades and strategic focus of corporate leadership.  This position will work with and lead cross functional teams including business operations, customer service, technology, operations and our clients to initiate, structure design and deliver projects and communicate status to all parties to manage and to achieve the financial goals of the product line(s).

The individual will formulate and define systems scope and objectives through research and fact-finding combined with an understanding of applicable business systems and industry requirements. With this knowledge, develops or modifies moderately complex application systems. Includes research, analysis of business and user needs, documenting requirements, project management and development of strategies to support business decision making and business process requirements. Competent to work in some phases of systems analysis and considers the business implications of the application of technology to the current business environment.
