Joining Monarch HealthCare is a simple, 2-step process:

STEP ONE:
First, choose your Primary Care Provider (PCP). In some cases, that may already be the doctor you’re seeing. Or, you can choose from over 650 leading physicians throughout Orange County. A complete list of our physicians is available by clicking “Physician Search”. Or simply call 888-767-2222 for a referral to a physician that best suits your individual healthcare needs.

STEP TWO:
Once you’ve selected your PCP, call your health plan and tell them you wish to see physician thorough Monarch HealthCare. Your health plan will guide you from there.
