To encourage professional development, our Organization offers a tuition assistance program to eligible employees who complete job-related courses with a grade of B or better.

Monarch University

At Monarch HealthCare we value the learning experience and strive to enhance skills at every level.  On your first day, you are automatically enrolled as a Monarch University student.  Monarch University is comprised of online courses, instructor led courses, and self study curriculum designed to broaden your knowledge and sharpen your skills.  Our courses include soft skills such as leadership and business etiquette and technical skills that include Microsoft Office Suite applications.  You will have choices that make learning convenient, flexible and accessible.

On-Site Catering Service

No where to go for lunch?  Stay on site and purchase a hot or cold meal from our Catering Service at a nominal fee.

Auto Detailing

Friday is the day for a clean automobile without the wait.  Have your vehicle detailed while you work for a nominal fee.

Weight Watchers at Work

Join one or several weekly programs offered throughout the year to help employees realize and reach their health potential with the convenience of an on site work meeting.

Monarch HealthCare encourages their employees to live healthy happy lives.  To help you with the healthy part, we partner with 24 Hour Fitness to bring you affordable health club enrollment/monthly fees.

Not a Costco member?  No problem, complete a simple enrollment form and visit our local Costco and you’re almost there.  The convenience of a Costco center near Monarch makes shopping a breeze.
