To evaluate the value of Monarch HealthCare, you have to do so by comparing it to what other groups offer. You also have to look past how much you receive in capitation and see what other services are available to your practice. For example, Monarch has behind-the-scenes case management, a broad specialty network and a quick authorization process. If I had to spend my time chasing down referral requests, it would be a waste of my time and my staff’s time. So when you add it all up, Monarch does it better and supports doctors better. The organization has shown it has invested its resources into developing systems to help me.
